Welcome National Film Board of Canada!

National Film Board of CanadaFor 75 years the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) has been a source of outstanding documentary, animation and experimental film. Its generous production support program has ensured a steady output of unique content that otherwise would never have seen the light of day.

So Docuseek2 is especially pleased to announce the addition of 56 films from the National Film Board of Canada to the Docuseek2 streaming library.

Covering a range of subjects and styles, these films enrich the Docuseek2 collection in subject areas such as Women’s and Gender Studies, History, and the Environment. Highlights from the collection include eight films by leading indigenous filmmaker Alanis Obomsawin; a selection of the Film Board’s renowned animated films, such as A Sea Turtle Story and the Herbert Marcuse-inspired Drux Flux; as well as an especially strong collection of films by and about First Nation/Indigenous Peoples.

As with all Docuseek2 titles, the National Film Board of Canada titles may be licensed as a package, licensed individually, or licensed as part of the entire Docuseek2 Collection. Visit the National Film Board of Canada page to see all of the NFB titles on Docuseek2.
